The journey for Careerswitkriti started in 2007 when Ms. Kriti Shroff decided to quit her high flying corporate career with IT major WIPRO Technologies to mentor and guide students. With an aim to provide solutions to all kind of career confusions among students and professionals.

Careerswitkriti is an independent education and career guidance centre with the belief in guiding parents and students to make the right choice through the jigsaw of career and education possibilities. All the services are individually tailored for each student and conducted on a one – to – one basis, to be sensitive and be relevant to the circumstances of each student. It is our aim to assist students with their learning curve and to provide them a global platform, thereby enabling them to achieve their academic goals.

Our Comprehensive approach towards understanding the inner self of our clients with empathy, complete analysis and full-fledged solution makes us a league apart.

The journey began with the passion of guiding students. Choices in today’s era are hugely different, from the choices that we had as kids. The world economy has beckoned and opened a world of opportunities, unlike only a few options that were available to us, when we were growing up. Mrs. Kriti Shroff is a passionate educationist and want students to make informed decisions.

Our Journey So Far…

Within a span of just 17 years, we have counseled over 10000 students and conducted workshops across various schools spread across the country including Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Punjab, Chattisgarh and many others.

Kriti Shroff has an immaculate experience of counseling students to achieve successful admission to world’s top universities across USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Europe and Singapore.

A passionate mentor and educationist at heart, Ms. Kriti Shroff is deeply involved in mentoring young girls from under priviledged background to help them achieve their dreams. In 2020, she conceptualized and started the Big Sisters program under the umbrella of Ficci Flo Kanpur to mentor innumerous young girls. Many people are slowly joining her in this movement.

Ms. Kriti Shroff offers broad based counseling services to high school students, graduates, and even working professionals to help them understand themselves and unlock their hidden potential.

Ms. Kriti Shroff has been invited by various government and private institutions to present her thoughts on pertinent issues and topics.
